Cancellation Window
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the merchant and shipping has been initiated.

Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue. If the product received is not as shown on the site or not per your expectations, contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.

Refund Processing Time
In case of any refunds approved by Subhojit Sau, it will take 1–2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Additional Policy Points
- Subhojit Sau does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.
- Our Customer Service Team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision after review.
